Wisconsin Physicians Service — medical claims
WPS is the claims contractor for TRICARE for Life. With Original Medicare you'll rarely interact with it — Medicare forwards claims automatically — but it's the address for everything manual:

When you'd actually file a DD2642
You paid at the time of service because the provider couldn't bill TFL — most often with a Medicare Advantage pairing, overseas care, or an unusual billing setup. Attach the itemized bill and proof of what the other payer (MA plan or Medicare) paid, send it to WPS, and watch status on tricare4u.com. The one-year clock runs from the service date, not the bill date.
